21st Street - Pre-Listing Consultation

The homeowners were interested in getting their home on the market quickly. It was very cute and structurally in great shape. We mostly focused the consultation on rooms and areas that needed to be decluttered and spaces that needed editing due to excess furniture. We also focused on creating and defining spaces for example on the front porch and in the backyard. We have included both before and after photos to show the changes that were made.
