24th Street, South - Pre-Listing Consultation

Our client was amazing to work with and had an immaculate and well-taken-care-of home!! Nothing dramatic was needed to be done to this home... just a few subtle tweaks.

In the dining room, we edited the table and hutch decor a bit, suggested the addition of a mirror on the wall facing the front door, and moved a plant from the living room to cover a wall plug.

We suggested adding a plant or flowers to the desk in the office, removing some paperwork, and swapping out the picture above the computer desk with something a little larger.

The family room needed a little pairing down. A sofa was removed to open the space, the nutcracker collection was put away (needed to depersonalize). The games behind the glass cabinet doors were removed, as they were a little busy, and we edited out the corner side table and plant by the staircase. Additionally, the footstools for the two side chairs and the dog beds were taken away.

Remember, that we live differently than the way we stage a home... so normally, we would all have these items out on display but for a home staging we want to open up the space as much as possible and have space for the eyes to rest.
